Cone Corn Bhel



  • For Cone:
    • Refined Flour(Maida): 1 cup.
    • Corn flour: 2 table spoon.
    • Butter: 2 table spoon.
    • Chilli flakes: 1 tablespoon.
    • Salt.
  • For Stuffing:
    • Boiled Sweet corn: 1 cup.
    • Finely chopped Onion: 1.
    • Finely chopped capsicum(1).
    • Finely chopped tomato(1).
    • Masala peanuts: 1/4 cup.
    • Bhel Namkeen: 1/4 cup.
    • Tomato Ketchup: 2 tablespoon.
    • Coriander: 2 table spoon.
    • Mint: 1 Tablespoon.
    • Red Chilli Powder: 1 teaspoon.
    • Butter: 2 table spoon.


  • For Cone:
    • Mix all the given quantity of ingredients(for cone) .
    • Add water and make a tight dough out of it.
    • Roll the dough to make a Poori out of it.
    • Cut it symmetrically into two parts.
    • Grease the Cone-shaped mould with oil.
    •  Roll the ‘Poori’ around the cone.
    • Prick it using folks.
    • Now deep fry it till it attains crispiness.

NOTE:  Can be stored for up to 15 days.

  • For Stuffing:
    • Melt the butter in a pan(kadhai).
    • Add onions and fry it till it attains light pink color.
    • Add all the above given contents(for stuffing), except bhel namkeen.
    • Cook for 2 minutes on high flame.
    • The stuffing is ready. Now, add this to cone/s.
    • Garnish it with bhel namkeen.
